All orders are shipped within 24/72 hours of the order being placed. This may vary during sales seasons. In the case of this not happening, you will be notified by our Customer Service team and you will be given an estimated shipping date. We make our shipments through a private courier company (ASM/GLS) whose shipping times in Spanish Peninsula is 24/72h. And the rest of countries 72h.

In the period of sales o Black Friday, due to the strong activity, the preparation time may increase in one or two days.

Once your order is received, we will prepare your order in 24/72h and proceed to send your order. Our shipping company will delivery your order in business days from Monday to Friday.

If you want to change the delivery address once your order has been placed, it is very important that you contact us immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to modify your shipping information for that specific order

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

The transport deadlines can be altered by extraordinary incidents with the carrier due to specific moments of accumulation of work (sales, black friday), extreme weather events, strikes, due to difficulties in the delivery of the goods, ect.

On Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and local holidays the transport company does not deliver.

The client accepts to facilitate the delivery of the requested order, providing a delivery address where the carrier can deliver the requested order within the usual schedule of delivery (Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 16: 00 to 19:00).

If the customer doesn’t comply with this obligation the seller will not have any responsibility for the delay or not delivery of the order requested by the customer. In the event of not being able to deliver the package, the customer will be contacted by phone, if (s)he cannot be contacted an email will then be sent instead.

If the email does not get answered or an effective solution cannot be found within a week, the order will be sent back to the store and sending it again will increase the shipping costs.

When shipping orders to France, Italy, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands if the client is not found at the address provided, a delivery to a parcel shop will be facilitated.

In the case of an order refusal *, the buyer will be obliged to pay the round trip shipping costs.

All our prices are indicated in Euros, and include VAT for sale within the European Community.


*order refusal: an order is refused when the package has to be sent back to the original shipping point, for any of the following causes:

1) the carrier has not been able to deliver it, after having attempted a second delivery. 

2) the client has not picked up the package at the nearest office when he agreed to do it.

 3) the carrier has not been able to locate the client, using the email provided when making the purchase, or the phone provided in the same .
